(Universal Dictionary of Violin and Bow Makers) This cello was made by Anselmo Curletto of Turin, Italy between 1950 and 1960. On the inside of the instrument there is a label of Anselmo Curletto’s teacher Enrico Marchetti, dated 1911. The instrument was constructed by Anselmo Curletto after the style of Enrico Marchetti after his death. |
