(The Stradivarius International Violin Competition holds the privilege of elaborating upon or modifying the rules at any time. Rules and Regulations will not be modified after January 1, 2007.) Please make sure you have at least Adobe Acrobat Reader version 5.1 installed on your PC. A majority of problems with opening the rules and regulations are due to the use of older versions of Acrobat.
